Froedtert Health in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Staff RN for Ambulatory Clinics. This on-site role (0.8 FTE, 32 hours/week) involves collaborative care, data collection, and developing plans of care with the interprofessional team.

You will apply evidence-based practice, ensure safety and fiscal accountability, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. The position requires Wisconsin RN licensure, a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, BLS, and at least 1 year of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Clinical nursing experience or interest in ambulatory care.
• 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred.
• Wisconsin RN license and BLS required or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate patient care and educate patients and families.
• Provide direct patient care and support in ambulatory clinics.
• Triage calls/virtual visits and assist with minor procedures as needed.
