Job summary
Foundation Medical Partners is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to assist providers, room patients, take vitals, triage, and support telehealth services. You will collaborate with physicians, physician assistants, and other health professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
Required NH RN licensure and current BLS/CPR; prior healthcare experience is essential. Epic experience is a plus. The role offers flexible day shifts and a commitment to ongoing education and patient-centered care.
Qualifications
- Current NH Registered Nursing (RN) licensure is required.
- Certifications: Current BLS/CPR training.
- Prior work experience in a healthcare setting is required.
- Epic experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Carry out the nursing process in person, by telephone, and via telehealth modalities.
- Assess and identify patient needs, plan to achieve appropriate outcomes, intervene, and evaluate progress toward goals of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to design and implement a plan of care.
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and vaccines, perform point-of-care testing, and collect specimens per scope of practice.
