Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree: Nursing
• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or multi-state compact
• BLS certification

Responsibilities

• 30% Assessment/Diagnosis: perform initial and ongoing health status assessments.
• 30% Outcomes Identification/Planning: document planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes.
• 20% Implementation/Evaluation: evaluate and document response to interventions and adjust care plans.
• 10% Leadership: participate in process improvements for quality, safety, and efficiency.
• 10% Operations: focus on safety, quality, and efficiency as a High Reliability Organization (HRO).
