SEARHC is seeking an Ambulatory Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care in an outpatient clinic setting in Alaska. You will perform nursing assessments, plan and evaluate care, administer medications, and educate patients and families while coordinating with an interdisciplinary team.

The role requires an Associate’s degree in Nursing and an active Alaska RN license, with BLS. You will practice in a fast-paced ambulatory environment with emphasis on safety, infection control, and

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the State of Alaska.
• BLS certification is required.
• Clinical competency required within 3 months and every 3 years.
• High-Risk Competency required within 3 months and yearly renewal.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive patient assessments and develops care plans.
• Delivers medications and treatments per orders and policy.
• Documents assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the EHR.
• Provides patient and family education related to care and discharge needs.
• Collaborates with providers and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
