Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of service or multi-state RN license via eNLC
• Must possess a current temporary RN permit as required by the state board
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
• BSN preferred, or ASN/Diploma with BSN completion within 5 years

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in ambulatory setting using the nursing process
• Perform preliminary assessments via observation and chart review
• Evaluate unstable or complex patient situations and intervene as needed
• Educate patients and families and document outcomes
• Mentor and orient new staff and promote professional development
• Collaborate with the health care team to update care plans and priorities
