Job summary

BayCare Health System seeks a Procedural RN for part-time coverage at Bardmoor Surgery Center in Largo, FL. The role requires a minimum of two years of acute care or interventional/procedural experience, with CC/PACU exposure preferred. Must be RN-licensed with BLS; ACLS and PALS are a plus where required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years RN experience.
• Critical Care or PACU experience preferred.
• Part-Time position set for 48 hours per bi-weekly pay period.
• RN licensure with BLS; ACLS and PALS preferred where required.
• Bachelor's in Nursing preferred or ADN/ Diploma as alternative.

Responsibilities

• RN cares for a sub-specialty patient group with professional leadership.
• Acts as a role model for the nursing team and mentors colleagues.
• Maintains accountability and professional development per best practice standards.
• Serves as preceptor and charge nurse on assigned shifts.
