Responsibilities

  • Administrative responsibility for 35 designated practices and 1,535 providers.
  • Develop strategic plans to achieve short and long-term goals; manage budgets and practice functions.
  • Liaise for service lines and joint ventures; build relationships with physicians, leadership, and the community.
  • Oversee day-to-day activities of multiple practice sites in a geographic area.
  • Monitor financial, service, and quality indicators; recruit, coach, and mentor staff to improve patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies governing health care delivery.
