The Practice Coordinator 3 (PC 3) plays an important role in creating an exceptional experience for patients while supporting the day-to-day operations of the practice. As a key member of the administrative team and a public-facing representative of UCSF, the PC 3 works closely with administrative, clinical, and management teams to ensure efficient practice operations and responsive patient service.
This position supports a broad range of administrative functions, including:
The PC 3 consistently follows UCSF House and Telephone Standards and demonstrates sensitivity to the needs of patients, providers, and colleagues.
Successful candidates will be collaborative, adaptable, organized, and comfortable managing changing priorities. The PC 3 is expected to work independently, apply knowledge of practice operations to solve problems, prioritize competing needs, and facilitate complex administrative transactions.
