AtlantiCare is seeking a Pool Registered Nurse for Ambulatory care in New Jersey. The RN collaborates with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care aligned with the medical plan, using essential assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation steps.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Bachelor Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey or comparable multi-state license. BLS required.
• 3-5 years clinical experience preferred; demonstrated leadership ability; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in ambulatory setting following the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation).
• Coordinate multidisciplinary plan of care with physicians and healthcare team.
• Oversee patient education and care coordination per medical treatment plan.
