AtlantiCare is seeking a Pool Registered Nurse Wound Care to join our interdisciplinary team in New Jersey. You will apply the nursing process to coordinate care that aligns with the medical plan and supports excellent patient outcomes.

You will collaborate with physicians, conduct comprehensive patient assessments, set care goals, educate patients, and document activities per policy. Join a collaborative environment that values growth, safety, and high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in New Jersey with current license
• BSN preferred or must enroll within 1 year
• BLS certification required
• WOCN certification strongly preferred; wound care experience advantageous
• 1-2 years medical/surgical experience; wound care experience advantageous

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to implement care plans
• Conduct comprehensive assessments across physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and cultural domains
• Identify patient problems and set goals for care and health promotion
• Provide patient education tailored to identified problems and goals
• Document care activities per standards and policies
• Support performance improvement initiatives within the patient care team
• Engage in continuing professional growth to enhance care quality
• Maintain safe, professional environment and address hazards
