Phoenix Physical Therapy, Inc. is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to design and implement rehabilitation programs that restore function and improve movement. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and supervise support staff.

The role emphasizes patient education, safety, and adherence to regulatory standards, with opportunities for mentorship and career growth within a growing outpatient network across multiple clinics.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapy license in good standing.
• CPR certification (BLS/CPR) required.
• Competence in PT evaluation, planning and treatment.

Responsabilités

• Meet with patients to collect medical history and evaluate function.
• Develop rehabilitative treatment plans to maximize movement and reduce pain.
• Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team and supervise assistants.
• Re-evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families about recovery processes.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and safety at all times.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare and quality initiatives.
• Adhere to clinic policies and professional standards.
