Qualifications

• 6 months phlebotomy experience or completion of Carle Phlebotomy in Training Program.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire (AHA).

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture, finger/heel sticks, and blood cultures.
• Verify patient identification and proper specimen labeling for quality control.
• Process point-of-care tests and 12-lead EKGs in ambulatory settings.
