Job summary

Cleveland Clinic's Willoughby Hills Family Health Center is seeking a Pharmacy Technician - Community to join the Ambulatory Pharmacy team in the Willoughby Hills area. You will work in the outpatient pharmacy, handling about 360 prescriptions per day and rotating through day/evening shifts.

The role involves dispensing, inventory management, assisting the pharmacist, answering phones, and occasional cross-location coverage.

Qualifications

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) through PTCB or NHA.
• Active registration with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy (OBOP).
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must update OBOP registration to CPT within 6 months.
• Six months hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide distributive pharmacy services in ambulatory/outpatient setting.
• Type and fill prescriptions and assist with customer service.
• Answer phones and manage inventory and stocking of medications.
• Float to support other areas as needed and complete daily task lists.
