Job summary

Vitruvian Health seeks an Ambulatory Pharmacy Operations Manager to lead pharmaceutical and financial activities across ambulatory pharmacies in Georgia. You will ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, HRSA, and all applicable federal and state laws while directing daily operations.

The role requires a Georgia license with no restrictions, ACPE-accredited pharmacy degree, immunizer certification (or within 90 days), and at least two years in retail pharmacy with supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a college of Pharmacy accredited by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education.
• Current license to practice Pharmacy in Georgia (no restrictions).
• Certified Immunizer or become an immunizer within 90 days of hire; BLS certified.
• Minimum of two (2) years in retail pharmacy; minimum of one (1) year in a supervisory capacity.
• Knowledge of retail pharmacy financial systems, healthcare reimbursement, purchasing, technologies, and applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise all pharmaceutical and financial activities in ambulatory pharmacies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulatory agency standards (Medicare, Medicaid, HRSA, etc.).
• Oversee staffing, workflows, and operations to support patient care.
