Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy, or equivalent, with a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills that include Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions and monitor therapy in accordance with regulations.
• Review and clarify prescriptions with prescribers as needed.
• Monitor patient drug therapy for safety and effectiveness, including interactions and dosing.
• Oversee pharmacy operations, including staff and workflow quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and documentation.
• Adhere to organizational competencies and standards of behavior.
