Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant operations/practice leadership experience in Pediatrics or related service line.
• Bachelor's Degree required; master's degree preferred in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Directs development and implementation of service line policies and procedures.
• Leads safety culture and cross-functional collaboration across facilities and departments.
• Oversees management of vendor contracts and service deliverables; monitors budgets and financial performance.
• Supports marketing initiatives and champions patient experience.
• Ensures compliance with LBH standards, regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Leads recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, and staff performance management.
