Job summary

Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, part of LifeBridge Health, is seeking a board‑certified/eligible OB‑GYN Generalist to serve as Director of Ambulatory Care. The role includes overseeing providers, scheduling coverage, and advancing ambulatory obstetric/gyn care within a high‑performing academic department.

With a .2 FTE administrative focus and clinical duties, the candidate will lead a team of OB/GYNs, APPs, and residents, participate in residency education, and collaborate with GWU for academic

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN.
• 5+ years post fellowship with leadership experience.
• Ability to obtain Maryland medical license & DEA.
• ACGME-approved OB/GYN residency completion required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor clinical providers and protocols.
• Monitor clinical outcomes.
• Develop and coordinate coverage schedules.
• Educate staff on treatment management and documentation.
• Ensure instrumentation and supplies are adequate.
• Collaborate with Chief on additional responsibilities.
