Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of operational experience in a healthcare facility (outpatient setting preferred).
• Experience in Spine/OHN/Neurosciences outpatient service lines is favorable.
• Proficient in MS Office, Outlook and HRMS systems.
• Strong communication, analytical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service line and site operational budgets and planning.
• Lead process improvement and program implementation across multiple sites.
• Ensure adherence to patient care standards, policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership, physicians and department chairs to align goals.
• Monitor key performance metrics and drive growth, access and efficiency.
• Provide coaching and development for managers and directors.
