Job summary

Nationwide Children's Hospital in Marysville, OH, seeks a full-time Patient Access Representative for typical 7:15 am – 3:45 pm days, Monday–Friday. You will greet and register patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and pull/file medical charts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Screens customer data to ensure insurance eligibility and pre-certifications are met.
• Instructs customer on requirements and communicates with multiple departments.
