Nationwide Children's Hospital in Ohio seeks a supervisor and practitioner to design and oversee ABA services for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. The role includes training the treatment team, caregivers, and providers, and coordinating care across settings.
The position requires a Master's degree, BCBA and COBA within 30 days, and Marcus Crisis Prevention training within 60 days. Strong communication and supervision skills are essential.
Valid Ohio driver's license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Children's Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines. Designs and oversees the applied behavior analysis (ABA) services for patients diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities. Provides supervision and training for the treatment team, caregivers, and providers on the strategies to assist clients in gaining skills and independence. Conducts parent training services, provides behavioral consultation and school consultation services, and coordinates care.
Master's Degree in psychology, behavior analysis, special education, speech, or a related field, required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, peers and community representatives. Ability to provide and manage behavioral health services for children, adolescents and families. Proficiency with MS Office.
