Holiday Requirements:Closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day

Floating Requirements: May float to other nearby Sheboygan clinics in the area depending on staffing needs

About Facility:

General Information:

• Exam rooms: 6-8
• Census: Average patients/day: Supporting 4 clinicians in total; 2-3 providers in office daily - each see 18-23 patients/day

Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years of clinic experience; family medicine experience helpful

• Will you accept a first-time traveler: Yes
• Peds (experience preferred) to Geriatrics: Comprehensive preventive care, such as annual physical exams and vaccinations; diagnosis and treatment of acute illnesses and chronic diseases

Required Licensure & Certifications: BLS

Skills required:

• Triaging, medication refills, handle phone calls, In Basket messaging, EKG, injections, able to help with rooming patients when needed

Support within the Department:

• MA

Technology/Equipment:

Floating:
