Kansas City Orthopedic Alliance's Center for Advanced Orthopedics in Lenexa is hiring an experienced OR Registered Nurse to provide direct perioperative care for orthopedic procedures, including total joints, spine, foot/ankle and hand/upper extremity cases in our new ambulatory surgery center. As a circulator, you will ensure patient safety, infection control, and efficient case flow.

Qualifications

• Experience as OR RN in perioperative care.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced ASC environment.
• Strong infection control and patient safety focus.

Responsabilités

• Circulate for orthopedic surgical cases (total joints, arthroscopy, spine, foot/ankle, hand/wrist).
• Perform pre-operative patient assessment, verification, and site marking per protocol.
• Maintain sterile technique and a safe OR environment.
• Manage surgical positioning, including specialty positioning for joint procedures.
• Coordinate with scrub team and surgeon to anticipate needs.
• Accurately document intraoperative care, implants, and supplies used.
