Job summary

Outpatient Services East (OSE) in Alabama is seeking a Surgical Tech to support multiple specialties. The role involves preparing rooms, sterile instruments and supplies, scrubbing during procedures, and rotating through general, ENT, orthopedics, GYN, urology and ophthalmology.

The schedule is Monday–Friday starting at 5:30am, with variable finish times. CPR is required, OR Tech Certification is not required but a plus, and you will also rotate in Support Tech.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• OR Tech Certification not required but a plus.
• Experience with prepping rooms and sterile supplies.

Responsibilities

• Prepares rooms, sterile instruments and supplies for surgery.
• Scrubs during surgical procedures and rotates as Support Tech.
• Assist in transporting, positioning and prepping patients; ensure safety and comfort.
