FRANCISCAN SURGERY CENTER, LLC in Indianapolis seeks an experienced RN to join our ambulatory surgery team. OR experience preferred; at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience is expected.

You will provide nursing care per organization standards, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support patients and families through the perioperative process, while maintaining safety and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• RN license in Indiana or applicable state.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred or required by unit.
• OR experience with at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care per organization standards and state regulations.
• Offer emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and experience.
• Assess patient condition with comprehensive data collection and analysis.
• Prioritize and coordinate care, implementing interventions for safe outcomes.
• Communicate changes to the plan of care with the care team.
• Maintain infection-control practices and a safe work environment.
• Monitor inventory and oversee supplies as needed.
