Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of leadership experience.

• Bachelor's degree in business, nursing, health care, or related field with 3+ years of experience OR 6+ years in related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the medical office operations and direct reports to ensure efficient patient care.
• Translate business plans into actionable steps, ensure policy compliance, and drive improvements.
• Oversee scheduling, access, workflows, and facility management to support care delivery.
• Develop and manage budgets, payroll, and HR activities with leadership input.
• Ensure safety, emergency preparedness, and regulatory readiness across ambulatory settings.
