Job summary

Sentara Health seeks a qualified Practice Manager III in Elizabeth City, NC. The role partners with clinical leadership in a dyad model to ensure efficient operations for clinics with 25+ staff and complex operations. Monday–Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The incumbent will supervise staff, oversee budgets, risk management, and compliance, and strive to improve financial performance, patient experience, and team performance across ambulatory settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 7 years practice manager experience acceptable in lieu of bachelor's degree.
• Healthcare - 3 years (Required).
• Supervisory - 3 years (Required).
• Clinical leadership experience in ambulatory care (Preferred).

Responsibilities
