Job summary

Sentara Cardiology Specialists in Norfolk, VA is seeking a full-time Practice Manager II to lead clinic operations and staff. You will partner with clinical leadership in a dyad model, oversee budgets, customer service, risk management, and compliance, and drive improvements in financial performance and patient experience.

This role typically manages 11-24 staff across one or more clinics, with day shift hours Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of clinic(s) and staff.
• Monitor customer service, budget, risk management, and compliance.
