PIH Health seeks an Ambulatory Operational Workflow Analyst to lead analysis and redesign of ambulatory processes across PHP Group offices in Downey, CA. You will collect and examine data to identify bottlenecks, improve efficiency, and support patient safety and quality goals.

The role is exempt and full-time. You will plan education, deliver user training, and coordinate with Ambulatory Informatics, physicians and staff to implement future-state workflows that leverage information systems

Job description

The Ambulatory Operational Workflow Analyst will serve as a functional leader and expert in a variety of tasks including operational workflow analysis and assessment, data collection and examination, education planning, user training and support, and ongoing ambulatory workflow maintenance and support. He/she will lead the work to design new, future state processes that take advantage of the Ambulatory information systems’ capabilities to streamline current processes, remove identified inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and maintain a high level of support patient safety, business, and quality goals. This position will provide operational workflow support to PHP Group offices as well as act as a liaison among physicians, office staff, Ambulatory Informatics, and other departments as necessary. This is an exempt position.
