PIH Health is seeking a Pharmacist to ensure accurate, safe, and effective delivery of drug therapy to all age groups of hospitalized patients. The role includes patient care monitoring of targeted drugs in a clinical setting within our Los Angeles area hospitals.

As part of a nonprofit regional network, the Pharmacist will collaborate with care teams to optimize outcomes and uphold CHIME-recognized standards for quality and patient experience. Hospital experience preferred.
