Job summary

Phoenix Children's Hospital is seeking an experienced Ambulatory Manager to lead the CCBD/Infusion Clinic, the largest division within the ambulatory network. The role requires clinical leadership, operational oversight, and strong business acumen.

You will manage a team of about 110 staff, including 90 nurses, supervise 3 clinical supervisors and coordinators, ensure regulatory compliance, drive budget planning, productivity and quality of care across main hospital and satellite locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Clinical Supervisor/Manager role overseeing large clinical teams.
• Oncology experience is required.
• Experience supervising ~110 clinical staff including nurses and coordinators.
• Strong business and financial acumen; budget planning experience.
• Hospital-based pediatric/oncology background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CCBD/Infusion Clinic operations and large multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure staffing, scheduling, and workflow efficiency.
• Manage budgets, productivity metrics, and charge reconciliation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety standards.
• Lead clinical education and staff development initiatives.
• Report to hospital leadership and engage in annual budgeting.
