Allina Health is seeking an RN for the AHCI Abbott Clinic in Minneapolis. The role focuses on nursing care for medical, surgical, or radiation oncology patients, with leadership in coordinating care and ensuring evidence-based practice.

Requirements include 1+ years oncology nursing experience or 2+ years in ambulatory/hospital care, MN RN license, BLS, and a flexible day shift. This is a non-travel, union position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

1+ years inpatient or outpatient oncology nursing experience, or 2+ years nursing experience in ambulatory or hospital care setting if no oncology experience.
Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required; WI license if care to patients in Wisconsin.
BLS certification (AHA/Red Cross) or in-house training within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate nursing care for medical, surgical or radiation oncology patients.
Lead and coordinate care with multidisciplinary oncology team to meet regulatory and organizational standards.
Support outpatient clinic operations and precept teammates as assigned.
