Job summary
Michigan Medicine is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the C&W Adult Bone Marrow Transplant & Leukemia Clinic team in Ann Arbor. Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse to practice in Michigan.
- Eighteen months of recent experience managing care for the BMT patient population.
- Resume must be attached for consideration.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care including education, symptom management, and triage for adult BMT and leukemia patients.
- Support professional nursing practice across practice settings to meet patient/family needs; assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
- Provide coverage within two nursing work teams in the BMT and Leukemia clinics.
- Utilize nursing process and standards to prevent or manage patient problems in oncology.
- Collaborate with Cancer Center staff to schedule patients appropriately.
