Qualifications

• LA Pharmacy License in good standing required.
• PharmD preferred.
• BCOP preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience as a pharmacist; oncology experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assume clinical leadership for oncology infusion center through collaboration with physicians to develop drug management strategies.
• Participate in multidisciplinary committees and lead education programs for providers and nursing.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and monitor metrics and QA initiatives.
• Provide clinical medication reviews, educate patients, and adjust dosing based on labs and organ function.
• Oversee sterile compounding and supervision of staff, ensuring safety and workflow efficiency.
