Job summary

• Ensures compliance with target drug programs, formulary management, and adverse drug event monitoring.
• Documents and reports clinical interventions, medication errors, adverse drug events.
• Participates in department quality improvement efforts.
• Follows all laws, policies, and regulations set by the Board of Pharmacy and other regulators.
