Job summary

Neighborcare Health in Seattle is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and operational oversight for frontline nursing teams across multiple care settings, including Family Medicine, Obstetrics, Triage & Advice, Care Management, and Homeless & Housing Services.

The role partners with the Director of Clinical Services and works with providers and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient access, quality, and outcomes, while overseeing staffing, training, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher nursing degree and active RN license.
• 3-5 years nursing leadership experience in ambulatory or hospital settings.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
• Support quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and patient access.
• Travel between clinic sites to support teams.
