Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Michigan.
- BSN or higher education in nursing.
- Minimum of five years RN experience.
- Minimum of two years in ambulatory care with leadership responsibilities.
- Leadership certification expected within two years (CNML or NE-BC).
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff and evaluate performance.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard nurses.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and vacation coverage.
- Lead development and enforcement of nursing standards and guidelines.
- Advance unit operations and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate unit-based education and training.
