Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Nursing required; Masters preferred.
• Current Michigan RN license in good standing.
• Demonstrated leadership in ambulatory/clinical settings.
• Experience directing nursing practice and staffing plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing practice and administrative direction for clinical staff.
• Plan, organize and evaluate patient care services at the Troy Medical Campus.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and workload across clinics.
• Develop and implement standards of nursing care and protocols.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality improvement initiatives.
