Virginia RN licensure is required or eligible; BLS required.

Responsibilities

Lead practice transitions and act as a change agent to promote excellence.
Assess readiness for change and apply structured change management approaches.
Develop and support programs such as transition to practice and mentoring.
Use project management to scope, plan, and sustain initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to address practice gaps and improve quality.
