Qualifications
- MSN required and current licensure.
- Minimum seven years of progressive nursing leadership experience.
- Current RN license; NE-BC or NEA-BC preferred; BLS certification required.
Responsibilities
- Provides executive leadership for ambulatory nursing practice and professional standards across all outpatient settings.
- Establishes and implements strategic priorities that advance nursing excellence, quality outcomes, and patient-centered care.
- Oversees regulatory readiness and accreditation processes.
- Partners with operational and clinical leaders to improve patient access, flow, and care delivery performance.
- Develops staffing models and workforce development strategies.
