Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing (MSN) required.
• 7+ years of direct nursing experience in outpatient/ambulatory settings.
• 4+ years of nursing leadership/management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution and team management skills.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and nursing excellence.
• Experience with healthcare information systems and EHR (Epic).

Responsibilities

• Directs the practice of professional nursing across ambulatory settings to ensure standards of care.
• Collaborate with medical directors, MVHS leaders, physicians, and practice admins to enhance patient care and efficiency.
• Lead ambulatory nursing services with emphasis on consistency and excellence in care delivery.
• Advance nursing care in transitional care management and value-based care models.
• Ensure safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care across all ambulatory sites.
• Monitor staffing, workflow standards, and infection prevention practices.
• Drive improvements in patient experience, access to care and operational efficiency.
• Mentor and develop nurse leaders and staff; oversee staffing and scheduling.
