Qualifications

• English language proficiency required for direct patient care.
• Graduate of a nursing program with valid RN license.
• BSN preferred; ADN/diploma acceptable with relevant experience.
• Currently licensed as an RN in the US (state or territory).
• Foreign education equivalency validation may be required per VA policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead ambulatory care clinics and nursing staff.
• Ensure safe, high-quality, Veteran-centered care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve access and outcomes.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, leave, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain accreditation standards and VA policy compliance.
