This full-time position based at St. Luke’s Clinic includes travel to the Kenosha clinic about once per month, with mileage and travel time reimbursed. No holidays, nights or weekends; homebase is St. Luke’s.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Visit: Prepare patient charts, retrieve external records, and gather test results before visits.
• Real-Time Documentation: Transcribe visits into the EHR using precise medical terminology with clinicians.
• Order Entry: Pend labs, imaging, medications, and referrals with appropriate diagnoses for clinician approval.
• Chart Completion: Update patient histories, enter follow-up instructions, and submit final records for physician sign-off.
• Clinical Assistance: Measure vital signs, room patients, and assist with non-sterile procedures as needed.
