Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to greet patients with AIDET and provide responsive service.
• Strong organization and teamwork in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and document vitals, history, and reasons for visit in the EMR.
• Process insurance and authorization forms as needed and coordinate with care team.
• Assist with patient outreach, scheduling, and education across the healthcare continuum.
• May administer vaccines and collect specimens per established protocols.
