Job summary

Qualifications

• Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and document vitals, reason for visit, medications, and histories in EMR.
• Complete insurance and/or disability forms, precertification, and authorizations.
• Schedule follow-ups and coordinate appointments across the healthcare continuum.
