Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a recognized Medical Assistant program or equivalent.
• Two years' experience as a Medical Assistant is required if education is not met at time of hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within six months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Rooming patients and supporting providers during clinic visits.
• Coordinating care between patients, providers, departments, and staff.
• Assisting with communication, follow-up, and care planning.
• Helping ensure a seamless and positive patient experience.
• Working with patients across all age groups, from pediatrics through geriatrics.
