Cooper Norcross Health is seeking a Medical Assistant to support patients across ambulatory settings. The role includes greeting patients using AIDET, rooming, vitals, and documenting in the EMR to ensure smooth clinic flow.

The ideal candidate has a year of MA experience or externship, NJAC-accredited training, and current BLS/CPR certification; Epic experience is a plus. Opportunities exist in a busy health system.

Formación

• Minimum one year of recent experience in a medical facility as a medical assistant or externship in a medical office.
• Epic experience preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Graduate of a NJAC-accredited medical assisting program and current certification.

Responsabilidades

• Greets patients with AIDET and provides service in ambulatory settings.
• Rooming patients and documenting vitals, pain, and visit reason.
• Takes patient histories and assists with exam preparation and procedures.
• Documents in EMR, orders, and preauthorizations; supports scheduling and outreach.
