Job summary

Brigham and Women's Health Care Center in Pembroke is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to support our Family Medicine practice onsite. The role offers a 40-hour week, Monday through Friday, with shifts from 9:15am to 5:45pm.

The MA will work closely with providers to deliver patient-centered care, including taking vitals, documenting visits, and scheduling follow-ups. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of MA experience, High School Diploma or equivalent, and MA certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with vital signs, documentation in patient records, and coordinating patient flow.
• Ability to interview patients, obtain medical information, and assist with routine exams.
• Experience scheduling and communicating with patients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs and record in medical records.
• Explain procedures and instructions to patients; provide education materials.
• Assist with phlebotomy and specimen handling if qualified.
• Perform general office duties; answer phones and manage forms.
• Support immunization management and inventory control.
