Advocate Health is seeking a Medical Assistant to join the ambulatory care team at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Offices in Milwaukee.

This full-time role offers 40 hours per week and a schedule Monday–Friday, 7am–6pm, with some travel within the Greater Milwaukee Area. You will welcome patients, record vital signs, assist with exams and procedures, administer medications, and document in the electronic health record, working closely with physicians and nurses to deliver high-quality, coordinated

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program, or 2 years of verifiable MA experience within the last 5 years.
• Phlebotomy is preferred.

Mansioni

• Welcome patients and support their transition into care.
• Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and health screenings.
• Prepare patients for exams and assist providers during procedures.
• Administer medications and vaccines as directed.
• Perform lab-related tasks including specimen collection and point-of-care testing.
• Document care accurately in the electronic health record.
• Partner with physicians, nurses, and teammates to deliver high-quality, coordinated care.
