Job summary

Aurora Medical Group is seeking Medical Assistants or Licensed Practical Nurses to join a full-time ambulatory care team. The role will float among Marinette, Menominee, Peshtigo, Oconto and Crivitz clinics, with shifts from early morning to late afternoon, and no weekend or holiday work.

Compensation varies by role and experience, with MA pay range $21.85–$32.80 per hour and LPN range $24.10–$36.15 per hour; actual offer depends on qualifications and training, within AMG's comprehensive

Qualifications

LPN license issued by the state of practice and.
MA program completion or 2 years verifiable full-time MA experience within last 5 years.
GED or HS equivalency diploma.

Responsibilities

Welcome patients and support their transition into care.
Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and health screenings.
Prepare patients for exams and assist providers during procedures.
Administer medications and vaccines as directed.
Perform lab-related tasks including specimen collection and point-of-care testing.
Document care accurately in the electronic health record.
Partner with physicians, nurses, and teammates to deliver high-quality, coordinated care.
