Job summary

Under the LVN scope, you will coordinate care with the healthcare team to optimize understanding and outcomes, supporting continuity of care in a busy clinic setting and ensuring compassionate, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Education: Nursing program completion from an accredited school.
• Licensure/Certification: Texas LVN license; BLS required.
• Experience: ambulatory or clinical setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with IV pumps and vital signs equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and education in ambulatory clinics.
• Use nursing process to assess and plan care.
• Coordinate care between healthcare team members to optimize outcomes.
• Assist in identifying predictable healthcare needs within LVN scope.
• Handle weekends, holidays, and on-call timing as required.
